Where does Space Coast Home Renovations operate?

We are proud to provide our services to Western Central Florida, particularly the Tampa Bay Area. While we are based in St.Petersburg, we frequently work in areas like Tampa, Brandon, Largo, Lutz, Odessa, Clearwater, St.Pete Beach, and much more. As a company, we are also looking to expand to the East Coast of Florida in the near future, to areas such as Cocoa Beach, Port St.John, Titusville & Melbourne.

What does the process of completing a project look like?

Our process begins with a visit to observe the scope of the project. Once we have a grasp of the work needed to be done, we will go over a multitude of options to personalize your home. We will then give you an estimate in a timely manner, with an expected timeframe of the project duration. Once you have agreed to the terms, and the contract is signed, we will give you an estimated start date, and we will begin ordering the necessary materials for the project. Once the project starts, our intention is to avoid any unnecessary delays. Therefore, we aim to have activity on site every day for the duration of the project, only stopping for necessary reasons, such as inspections. Once your project is completed to your liking, our team will clean up and your home will be all yours again.

What can I expect from the team?

Our entire team was put together on the basis of quality. All of our team members are experienced, and we all dedicate ourselves to proving best in class customer service. We strive to keep a neat & clean workplace at all times. Since we are a family-owned business, we know we are guests in your home. For that matter, our team will never smoke, drink alcohol, or swear in your home. And we will always treat you and your family with respect and dignity, as if you were part of our own family.

Do I have to be home during the duration of my project?

While some customers do opt to be present for the duration of the project, it is not an obligation in most cases. We frequently set up coded lock boxes for those who will be absent for some time during the project duration. That can be especially beneficial during the dustier phases of a large project, such as during demolition or major drywalling. What we do ask is that you stay in communication with us, especially in case of design decisions or emergencies.

Do I personally have to purchase & provide the materials?

The answer to this question can be complicated, but for the most part, the answer is no. A big part of our process is making your dream come true. For that reason, we do ask all of our customers to choose all of their specialty hardware & materials. But you won’t be alone in this process. We have a multitude of providers we work closely with that have tons of hardware options at wholesale prices. We will also help guide you to choose the best fit for your project, giving you the pros and cons of each item. Once you do make a selection, we can provide pickup or delivery options for you. Of course, some customers already have their materials. If that is the case, we will also happily handle the installation process. At the end of the day, it is our job to cater to your needs.

What types of products do your Providers carry?

We work with over a dozen wholesale providers who have a multitude of products, including Framed & Frameless Cabinetry, Natural or Engineered Stone Countertop Materials, Wooden Moldings, Door Hardware, Decorative PVC Sheets, Tile & LVP Flooring, Grout, Sinks & Plumbing Hardware, Electrical Fixtures, and much more. For that reason, we try to streamline the process through a personalized design consultation and directing you to the provider we think will be the best match for your project.

What forms of Payment does Space Coast Home Renovations accept?

At this moment, we accept Cash & Check payments, along with electronic transfers through Zelle or CashApp. In the very near future, we will also be accepting Debit or Credit card transactions.

Does Space Coast Home Renovations do Commercial projects?

At this moment, we do not. Our license only covers Residential Contracting. That limitation also precludes us from working in apartment complexes and condominiums. We do have an affiliated company that we work closely with that is able to handle such projects. If you are interested in completing such a project, contact us for more information, and we can forward them your request.

Where does the name Space Coast Home Renovations come from?

Our name alludes to the precise engineering and dedication that has come from the Florida coasts, which has enabled significant scientific achievement and progress in space exploration. Although that may seem disconnected at first, we strive to achieve the same level of precision and detail that has been demonstrated to be attainable by other fields for decades.
